Use one or all of our services listed below, from backlog catch-up (we can sort through many years worth of messy bookkeeping to get your business back on track) through to day to day bookkeeping, payroll, reporting and BAS.

Our rate is $40 + GST per hour although if you prefer we can provide you with a flat weekly rate depending on the services you require. Many of our clients prefer a flat rate to the hourly rate as it is a fixed cost, plus there are no surprises as we allow for the fact that some weeks are going to be busier than others.

Bookkeeping Service
- Enter invoices/purchase orders and credit notes into computerised accounting system.
- Maintain debtor/creditor ledgers.
- Match invoices to monthly statements.
- List daily all invoices due for payment based on supplier terms.
- Upload payments to bank file for sign off and payment by EFT / print cheques if applicable.
- Balance daily, cash, EFTPOS and Amex sales receipts using clearing account.
- Bank, ATM and credit card account reconciliations.
- Allocate daily income, cost of sales and expenses to correct cost centres.
- Aging reports.
- Balance and reconcile clearing account for on site ATM (if applicable).
- Maintain fixed asset register and general ledger incl: depreciation
- Weekly cash flow statements.
- Profit and loss and balance sheet statements.
Payroll Services
- Ensure staff wages, super and PAYG are assigned to correct the cost centres
- Check staff are paid their correct superannuation entitlements. (Companies can save $1,000’s per annum by ensuring that Superannuation is only paid where applicable. E.g. superannuation may not be payable if the employee is under 18 years old , earns less than $450pm or for any overtime component)
- Check staff are paid correctly under the award nominated by the employer, based on their age. (Many people employed by supermarkets are less than 22 years of age and as such each birthday their hourly rate / entitlements may change)
- Run the weekly, fortnightly or monthly staff payroll as required.
- Set up any deductions / payments e.g. salary sacrifice, child support. HELP etc
- Email staff pay slips.
- Set up Superannuation funds for super Guarantee Contributions.
- Report / lodge and pay superannuation liabilities
- Report PAYG withholdings
- Wages summary
Reporting
- Customised reporting using MYOB™, Xero™, Excel™ and Crystal Reports™ (where required).
BAS Services
- Lodgement of monthly, quarterly, yearly BAS.
- Report PAYG / PAYG withholding, GST.
- Liase with ATO as required.
- End of year.
